PEDRO XIMÉNEZ CASK FINISH - Alc. 46%
This Carpathian Single Malt expression is a double distilled whisky, matured for three years initially in a 53-gallon 1st fill ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels of white American oak this whisky was then carefully transferred to a 500L Spanish sherry barrel previously holding Pedro Ximénez for many years.
TAWNY PORT CASK FINISH - Alc. 46%
Bottled at 46% abv and non-chill filtered to retain maximum flavour this expression of Carpathian Single Malt has spicy notes of cinnamon with a sweet candy taste ending in a long complex finish on the palate with its deep copper colour obtained by finishing in a 500L Portuguese Tawny Port cask, hand selected by our Master Distiller. Again, this expression was previously matured in a 53-gallon 1st fill American white oak ex -Kentucky bourbon barrels.
MADEIRA CASK FINISH - Alc. 46%
This Carpathian Single Malt expression is a double distilled whisky, matured initially in a charred first fill ex Kentucky bourbon cask of white American oak then finish in a hand selected Portuguese Madeira Cask giving it a rich deep colour.
RUBY PORT CASK FINISH - Alc. 46%
Initially matured in 200L select Kentucky bourbon barrels this whisky was then transferred to 225L Ruby Port casks made of European oak from the Douro valley, Portugal. Ruby port imparts sweetness with notes of red fruits which compliments the vanilla of the bourbon barrel perfectly.
AMONTILLADOCASK FINISH - Alc. 40%
Amontillado finish has matured for over three years in 200L select bourbon casks made of white American oak, then this delicious whisky was transferred to old 250L Amontillado barrels were its spent over two years, sourced from the famous sherry making regions of Spain where we have a long relationship with the countries best Bodega’s.

Fino small batch finish matured for over three years in 200L select bourbon barrels made of white American oak sourced from our partners cooperage based in Kentucky, then this delicious whisky was transferred to Fino barrels were its spent two years finishing in barrels sourced from our partners Bodega is Spain. .
