This expression of Carpathian single malt whisky initially spent three years maturing in hand selected charred 1st fill Kentucky bourbon barrels of white American oak. The whisky was then transferred to 225L toasted European oak barriques previously holding Chianti Classico DOCG from the hilly village of Gaiole, Italy.
AMARONE CASK FINISH - Alc. 46%
Matured initially in 200L select Kentucky bourbon barrels this whisky was then transferred to 225L Amarone casks of European oak which previously held Amarone wine for 5-6 years. Sourced from a family winery located in Fumane, Valpolicella region, Italy. Finished for just over one year this whisky will appeal to the discerning whisky connoisseur.
MARSALA CASK FINISH - Alc. 40%
Marsala small batch finish matured in 200L select bourbon barrels made of white American oak sourced from our partners cooperage in the USA, then this delicious whisky was transferred to Sicilian fortified wine barrels were its spent just under one-year finishing in 210L oak cask.
BAROLO CASK FINISH - Alc. 46%
Barolo finish has matured for over three years in 200L select bourbon casks made of white American oak, then this whisky was transferred to 225L Italian red wine Barolo barrels were its spent over one-year finishing. Complex and Fruity it has a long lingering intense finish on the palate with hints of nuts on the nose, it's an easy drinking whisky which will appeal to the discerning whisky connoisseur.
